This illustration was inspired by two monarch butterflies I spotted in a local aster-filled pollinator garden in October.

Originally featured on this map, this illustration was newly-rendered in gouache on paper with final details drawn in digital colored pencil.

Digitally-printed in Portland, Maine on matte paper; ships in a sturdy, 100% recycled mailer.
